At Älvstranden Utveckling AB, we are looking for a Facility Engineer who wants to use their expertise to optimize and develop our properties' technical systems. About the role As a Facility Engineer, you will be part of our competent team consisting of technical managers, leasing managers, property developers, project managers, installation coordinators, and property technicians, where you contribute as one of our technical specialists.

You will have overall and strategic responsibility for optimizing the technical systems of the properties to ensure requirements for daily operations / operational reliability, operational economy, energy performance, and energy efficiency. You have a good understanding of how different installations work together and how the indoor environment and energy consumption are affected. You have knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability issues for properties.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure daily operations in our properties, e.g., with the help of our SCADA system.
• Manage issues regarding the buildings' indoor climate and other technical issues related to the properties.
• Optimize existing systems to increase operational profit and reduce climate impact.
• Support planned maintenance and development of technical systems such as control and regulation installations for heating and ventilation in buildings.
• Assist technical managers and project managers with technical expertise and participate in renovations, expansions, and new constructions.
• System responsible for the SCADA system for monitoring heating and ventilation in our buildings.
• Media budgeting and forecast tracking of media.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and experience in control and regulation for property automation
• Knowledge of technical installations and indoor environment
• Good economic understanding
• Experience in procurement and the most common construction contracts
• Good computer skills
